Our Commitment to Donor Trust and Transparency
PRAGATI believes in building long-term relationships with its donors based on trust and transparency. We therefore follow a fair and liberal refund policy.
PRAGATI accepts sponsorships and donations to support the education and education-related expenses of underprivileged children studying in Pragati schools, Gurgaon.
Refund Terms
When you donate to any of our causes or services, you may request a refund of the donated amount under the following conditions:
- The refund request is made before claiming the donation receipt, or
- Within 72 hours of making the donation, whichever occurs first.
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with the cause or program, we will gladly issue a full refund within the eligible time period.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at info@pragatigurgaon.org within 72 hours of making the donation.
Kindly include:
- Details of the donation
- A screenshot of the transaction
- The reason for requesting the refund
Once we receive your request, the refund will be processed within 7 days.
We value donor feedback and use it to continually improve the quality and impact of our programs.
